The Yamaha NS-1000M is a vintage 3-way sealed-box studio monitor introduced in the mid-1970s and produced into the early 1980s. It is best known for its use of beryllium dome midrange and tweeter drivers, a rare and technically advanced feature that gives the speaker its highly detailed, revealing sound. The NS-1000M was widely used in broadcast and recording studios and is respected for its accuracy, build quality, and neutral presentation rather than exaggerated bass. Matching Pair.
