Built in Japan, 1980, laminated spruce top/laminated mahogany acoustic with an extended (24-frets on the top two treble strings) fretboard, and styling very reminiscent of Django Reinhardt’s Maccaferri Selmer acoustic models. The compact body size of 15″ lower bout and 4″ body depth, together with the body materials contribute to a bright, responsive and well-balanced voice – perfect for Ragtime and Gypsy Jazz styles. There are some cracks in the side of the body.
